Baa Baa Black Sheep

  http://www.flickr.com/photos/darrenandgoody/ / CC BY-NC-ND 2.0IIt occurred to me, while reading Nursery Rhymes with my children, that Nursery Rhymes provide our first exposure to poetry.  For today’s NaPoMo offering, I give you my two-year-old twins singing “Baa, Baa Black Sheep.”  Eddie sings first and then Zeke, who decided to sing while holding a toy in his mouth (it’s a little hard to understand him as a result :)).  In case you’ve forgotten:

Have you any wool?
Yes, sir, Yes, sir
Three bags full.
One for my master,
one for my maid,
One for the little boy who lives down the lane.
